At this stage we only supply to addresses in the UK.

Delivery Charges:
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery charges, including VAT, are as follows (you will always be quoted the correct amount of delivery at checkout):

All the deliveries are FREE and orders over £10 are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure you make the necessary arrangements to receive your order at the specified delivery address, we cannot leave the package in your garden, with your neighbour or other location.

Delivery Date:
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within 2 to 5 working days maximum provided the products are in stock. However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or separate parts.

Non-Delivery:
If you do not take delivery, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund the price of the product but you will be liable to pay the delivery charge, including any surcharge we may need to pay our courier company.

Problems:
If there is a problem with the delivery of your order or the condition of any product, you must tell us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you do not do this.

Returns & Cancellations:        
       

How do I Cancel my order?
You may cancel your contract by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the products being delivered. You must tell us that you are cancelling your order by:

  • going to the contact us page on our website, send us an e-mail asking for a "Cancellation Form". We will then send you this form by e-mail. You will have to complete and return to us as soon as possible.
When you are cancelling your order, please give us the following information:
  • your order number to help us to track your order
  • the number and description of the items you are returning


  • and

  • the reason for returning the products (eg because the products were the wrong colour or size or faulty)
R.A.N
We will then send you by e-mail a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

How do I return a product?
You must return the products at your cost to us at the address provided on the invoice sent to you. You may not return the products to our store.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a condition that would enable us to sell those products to someone else as new. Please include your order number and RAN with the products.

Jewellery
We cannot accept the return or exchange of pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

Refund
We will refund the price of the products less the amount unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong products, in which case we will also refund your return costs once we have received proof of those from you.

Colour
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software or printer.

Payment Methods
Payment is accepted by Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard. Please note we DO NOT accept American Express.

Orders
No order is binding on you or Vixen Bags until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are in the hands of the postal service, or with the carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Statutory Rights
So that there is no doubt, anything stated in relation to cancellation, does not apply to any claim that any goods do not meet a standard required by law.

Errors
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on the Vixen Bags website is correct at the time of going online.

If we discover an error relating to your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.

Cancellation of Order
We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery.

You may cancel an order for any item not made to your specifications at any time up to 7 days after delivery.

If you amend an order in any way more than 48 hours after you have placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we will incur in relation to your order.

If you choose to cancel after you have received any Goods, you are obliged not to use the Goods, to return them in the same condition as they arrived and take reasonable care to ensure that the Goods are received by us are not damaged in transit.

If you choose to cancel after you have received any Goods, you will have to pay any return delivery charge and any delivery charge already paid shall not be refundable.

A refund for any returned goods will not be made until the goods have been received safely and in good condition by ourselves and then only if the above terms apply.
