Locations:
At this stage we only supply to addresses in the UK.

Delivery Charges:
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery charges, including VAT, are as follows (you will always be quoted the correct amount of delivery at checkout):

All the deliveries are FREE and orders over £10 are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure you make the necessary arrangements to receive your order at the specified delivery address, we cannot leave the package in your garden, with your neighbour or other location.

Delivery Date:
We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within 2 to 5 working days maximum provided the products are in stock. However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or separate parts.

Non-Delivery:
If you do not take delivery, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund the price of the product but you will be liable to pay the delivery charge, including any surcharge we may need to pay our courier company.

Problems:
If there is a problem with the delivery of your order or the condition of any product, you must tell us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you do not do this.

Returns & Cancellations:        
       

How do I Cancel my order?
You may cancel your contract by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the products being delivered. You must tell us that you are cancelling your order by:

  • going to the contact us page on our website, send us an e-mail asking for a "Cancellation Form". We will then send you this form by e-mail. You will have to complete and return to us as soon as possible.
When you are cancelling your order, please give us the following information:
  • your order number to help us to track your order
  • the number and description of the items you are returning


  • and

  • the reason for returning the products (eg because the products were the wrong colour or size or faulty)
R.A.N
We will then send you by e-mail a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

How do I return a product?
You must return the products at your cost to us at the address provided on the invoice sent to you. You may not return the products to our store.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a condition that would enable us to sell those products to someone else as new. Please include your order number and RAN with the products.

Jewellery
We cannot accept the return or exchange of pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

Refund
We will refund the price of the products less the amount unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong products, in which case we will also refund your return costs once we have received proof of those from you.

 



 
Terms & Conditions:        
       

  1. Anybody with a e-mail and based in the UK is eligible to refer candidates or clients.
  2. Points CANNOT be redeemed for CASH and can ONLY be used on the internal Adept shopping site.
  3. Recommended candidates MUST fit within the following criteria
    1. Must NOT be a candidate that we currently have active on our Database or working for us.
    2. Candidate previously registered on our database can be recommended but must not fall within a. above.
  4. Points will be given for each Candidate placed to the value shown on our website.
  5. Points will ONLY be allocated for the first placement of the Candidate and not any consecutive placements, whether it be Temporary, Permanent or Interim.
  6. Points will be given for the first vacancy filled by a NEW Client to the value shown on the website. Points will not be allocated for any further vacancies that we fill.
  7. Points are not transferrable.
  8. If you are Self Employed Temp and NOT paid by PAYE through Adept Recruitment Ltd you are not eligible for this scheme.
  9. However a Self Employed Temp can recommend Candidates & Clients on a personal level to get referral points.
  10. Anybody registered for points will receive a mailer from time to time
  11. If your points reach 4000 and there has been no activity on your account we will contact you via the e-mail address and your account will be frozen. If you do not contact us within 28 days we will assume you do not wish to use the points and they will be deleted from the account and the account closed.
  12. If your account has been inactive for a period of 6 months you will be contacted via the e-mail on your account. If you do not contact us within 28 days we will assume you do not wish to use the points and they will be deleted from the account and the account closed.
  13. Points are only valid for 3 months from the date you leave the employment of Adept Recruitment. Any points not spent in this time will be deleted and the account closed.
  14. Items ordered will ONLY be sent to locations within the UK.
  15. This scheme is NOT open to any employees of Adept Recruitment or their friends or family members.
  16. Decisions made by Adept Recruitment are final.
